Return Policy

Item Dissatisfaction

We want you to love your items but we understand on the rare occasion there is an issue. Please be sure to read product descriptions in full, measure your spaces for size and fit, and confirm color and fabric details prior to ordering. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and colors for all items but some finishes may vary due to resolution, color, and display settings on your device. We welcome any and all questions before purchasing so that you know exactly what you are getting.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase once it arrives, please send an email as well as a description of the problem to and we will work with you to determine next steps.

You must alert us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s), NO EXCEPTIONS. Given the size of most items, some returns will be subject to restocking fees and/or return shipping fees. All items must be returned in original brand new condition with all parts and pieces neatly placed in the original packaging. Items cannot be returned once you have assembled them or disposed of the original boxes, packaging, and labels.

Damaged Items

In order to expedite the return process, please send an email with photos and/or video of the damage as well as a description to and we will work to process a timely replacement or refund for you.

You must alert us of any damages within 24 hours of receiving your item(s), NO EXCEPTIONS.

In some instances, we do not require you to return the damaged item(s) and you can dispose of them at your discretion.

Missing Parts

Please inspect your orders within 24 hours to ensure all parts and pieces are delivered and included with your purchase. Ensure all necessary pieces and hardware are included prior to assembling your item. If there are any parts or pieces missing, please send an email to with the name, number, and/or letter of the missing item(s) and we will work to get you a replacement or have the necessary part(s) delivered directly to your door. 

You must alert us of any missing parts within 48 hours of receiving your item(s), NO EXCEPTIONS.

Lost or Stolen Packages

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided for delivery is a safe and secure location. You assume full responsibility of package receipt once the item is shipped to you using the address provided and tracking information is sent to you. Shop TRM Designs will not be held responsible for stolen packages delivered as addressed.

We recommend having a camera in place to ensure video monitoring capability of the complete delivery area or shipping to a location that provides mail services for safekeeping until you are able to retrieve your item. It can also be helpful to ensure someone is home to receive the items on delivery day to avoid possibility of theft.

If your item is lost, we will make every attempt to work with you to contact the applicable shipping vendor to track the package and confirm delivery and the location of drop off. Please allow up to 72 hours for your item to arrive post the noted delivery date.
